You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with tracking number once your order has been successfully transmitted.
We ship orders via EMS SpeedPost or S.F. Express, whichever way is cheaper. Shipping rates are generated during the checkout process. International (certain countries) orders can be shipped EMS SpeedPost. If you are ordering from abroad and have any questions , please contact us via email@example.com.
Still House will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods.
All orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days of being placed. We do not offer weekend delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept the return of any new and unused item(s) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The goods have to be in their original condition with tags attached. Should this happen, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days of the delivery. Please note the cost of your return label will be deducted from your overall refund.
We only accepts returns within 7 days from the date customer has received their shipment.
Please note that any items that are ON SALE or FINAL SALE. We cannot accept them back.
Any return requests falling outside of the 7/7 day time frame outlined above will not be accepted.
Please also be noted:
1) Once selected your return request will be sent to the store for approval. Once approved you will receive your shipping label via email. We ask that you please drop this off at S.F. Express centre at your earliest convenience that way we can get your refund to you as soon as possible.
2) For Exchanges Only: We will ship you the exchanged items if they are available. You will be charged an additional fee for the shipping and receive a new tracking number for the shipment. If the item is no longer available you'll be issued a refund.
3) Once Still House has received the returned goods we will process your refund within 7 business days. Check with your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Still House reserves the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. You will not be refunded for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
